Terms of Service

I. General Terms

I have a right to decline your commission.I will not draw anything racist, homophobic, transphobic, or anything attacking other people, characters, ships, etc. (See the chart below for more.)Please provide references, be it a sketch with color examples from Google, a picrew, or even a doodle I can work with. I cannot accept a wall of text as it's possible my vision and your vision may not match.

II. Prices

My prices are set unless there is a sale that is specified. Trying to haggle my prices will result in me refusing your commission.I have the right to adjust my prices depending on the complexity of your commission/character.
Ex = A character with more accessories may end up costing more than a character in a simple top and bottom.I also add a tax that is calculated so I get the full amount of money when I send an invoice.
Ex = If the final price of a commission is $100, I will charge $104.12 (calculated via PayPal Fee Calculator) so that I get the full $100.

III. Process

I will offer WIP's to every commissioner in the order up to the highest tier.
Ex: If you purchased a flat colored commission, I will send you a sketch WIP and then a lineart WIP. In these stages, it is important to note any changes you desire. Sending the flat color image means I am sending you the final productTurn-Around-Time (TAT) will vary.Factors that alter TAT include:
Work
Health
Family
Order of Commission
ComplexityOnce purchased, I will let you know what your TAT will be around. If any of the above should affect it longer than what I told you, I will notify you as soon as possible.

IV. Payment

All commissions must be paid in full upfront.I accept payment through PayPal onlyI accept USD, however if you are using a different currency, I will do the conversions to let you know what to send.

V. Customer Satisfaction

You control the commission.
I will allow changes as I send WIP's. However once I send the final image, only small changes shall be made, such as any color errors, markings, minor object movement.Any great changes, such as outfit changes, will come with an extra fee depending on the type of commission. This will be discussed between the buyer and artist.If I am forced to redraw the whole thing to satisfy you, I will be asking for additional 50% of what you paid. Be sure to let me know of any changes as I send you WIP's to avoid paying this fee.

VI. Copyright/Usage Policy

I, Adri Chambers, hold every right to the final product.Therefore, I have the right to:
Post the image anywhere
Promote myself in any place or siteAs the commissioner, you are allowed to:
Use it for personal use
Print the art and claim the character(s) but not the art itself
Promote yourself as long as you credit the artist for the drawingThe following is considered Copyright Infringement:
Using the work commercially or making money using the finished piece
Taking credit for the finalized piece
Removing the watermark or signature
Altering the artwork without my, the artist's, consentYou can purchase Commercial Rights for 350% of the final price.With Commcercial Rights, you can:
Make any sort of merch with the final piece
Change it to your liking to promote yourself or your brand withCredit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.

VII. Cancelation/Refund Policy

I have the right to cancel and refund your money at any time.The commissioner can only cancel the commission if the money as not been sent.If the commissioner requests a refund, and I have already started your commission, I will send you the WIP as proof and refund you based on the tier I'm working on.
Ex: If you ask for a refund on a shaded colored, fullbody piece ($65), and I just started to work on the colors, you will be charged the flat color price ($50) and I will return the difference ($15).

VIII. NSFW Content

Only those 18+ can commission NSFW content. Your age must be present on your account somewhere unless I know your age beforehand. If I do not know your age, you cannot commission NSFW content.

IX. Breaking T.O.S

Breaking any of the T.O.S clauses will result in you being blacklisted and added to a list of commissioners to avoid. If you have an image, you lose all rights to the image, I am allowed to sell it, and any money I received will be kept.
